This is a two-part podcast. Means this is part one of a charity event from 2015. When you reach a point where you say not “someone” or “somebody” should do something about this, but you realise “you”… you, are that person who is actually going to do something. And then you risk exposure. You commit, you talk about your plans, your ambition, to help. How do you plan a charity run. How do you go about it?
Join this episode to hear about raising money for a refugee camp in Jordan. Zaatri, the fourth largest city in Jordan. How are running 12 crazy days a marathon every consecutive day in a different country help not only raise awareness but hopefully also have a effect on the plight of the people who are homeless and their children spending weeks months and years in a refugee camp. A big thanks to Mutasim Al-Hadithi, who not only requested me to raise money for those refugees, but also for Dennis Brandt, who is stuck with me through good times and bad times of those 12 crazy days, to my friends my family and of course to all those who donated in support of the cause “save the children”. Thanks to Natasha and Emma who set it all up, thank you to Daniel Paasch at IPE and d-c-fix for their huge support.
