More More More || Double run

More. That’s what today is all about. More… much more. But hang on isn’t that contrary to popular belief? Isn’t less better than more? I mean are there not studies proving less is better? What’s up with running more? Let’s get some clarity. Strava.. 21.5 million uploads to the platform each week On average, the average distance per run is 6.3km or 6.6km for male runners and 5.5km for female runners. he average run globally was 38 minutes and 48 seconds. In the US, the average runner heads out for a run of 3.7 miles, which lasts an average of 35 minutes and 29 seconds. That’s not a lot. If you are a healthy fit individual.
