How to get a wholesome sleep? I know we all had a night where we didn’t sleep well. That can happen, shouldn’t but it can. You know where you tossed and turned, couldn’t find rest. Hey and look I stay in hotels a lot, so those of you that have a light sleep or are not at home in unfamiliar enviroments, I understand this might be more difficult for you. All thought all intensive thoughts … Many people set a alarm to wake up. To get to work on time. Means sometimes they get 6 or 8 or on weekends 10 hours of sleep. But Monday moring you feel like uuuugh. Conditioning of your body is lacking. Might even be better to regularly sleep 6 hours rather than once 8 then 5 then 10. The secret is in consistency.
