When you run, what do you look like? Do you look like a pro? Or depending on the days form you might look like a very tired marathon runner on the last kilometer, but actually you just started your 3K run. Without knowing you, I suppose you have a pair of fancy shoes, I surely hope you do. You have more or less matching running gear or perfect perfect matching running gear all from the same brand or you might be one of those mix-and-match types shoes from one manufacturer socks from another you might be a water bottle carrying runner or someone who prefers to have both hands free. Or maybe you are the runner who always has his phone with him. No matter if it’s a long run a short run rainy hot sweaty palms you need to have that phone close by. Oh you’re one of those who runs with wooden socks, no watch no phone just running for the fun of it. Empathy gets us though the door. Competency reliability and integrity that keeps you there.
